Refund information

The Client Fees & Delivery Tracker is a digital download sold by Ryan Quinlan through Payhip. Contact [email protected] or use the support form for an order or product issue. Include your Payhip order reference and a brief description; do not send card details.

If something is wrong

If the download fails, the file is corrupted or the product materially differs from its description, contact us. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a working download, replacement or refund. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Change of mind

A change of mind alone may not qualify for a refund after an immediately delivered digital download. Contact us if you have made a mistake; requests are considered individually and any applicable legal rights still apply.

How refunds are handled

Where a refund is due, it is processed through the payment method used at Payhip checkout. Payhip sends the receipt and download link; Metricvalley handles product support and refund requests.
