Product licence

Ryan Quinlan sells the Client Fees & Delivery Tracker through Metricvalley. Each purchase grants the single-business licence described here and in the terms bundled with the download.

Permitted use

• Internal use by one purchasing business.
• Edit the workbook to suit that business and keep backups.
• Share reports and results produced from the workbook within the licence, without distributing the editable template.

Excluded use

• Resale or redistribution, including modified versions.
• Public template libraries or shared download collections.
• Passing editable templates to other businesses.

Scope

This is an Excel business tool, not an accounting system or professional advice. Custom setup, data imports, formula redesign and ongoing reporting are not included.
